3. You Create How You Feel

All to often we believe that the circumstances of our life automatically dictate how we feel. If you have had a horrid start to your day.. you get a bill in the post, no one’s smiling on the tube, you spill your coffee on your shirt etc.. You could start to feel as though the world is out to get you and that you were destined to be miserable that day or week. This belief would justify any irrational behaviour that we may start to display, our integrity and our credibility within us, would decrease as a result.

What I am referring to is the negative ‘self – fulfilling prophecy’ that we create, and then fulfil, and then say ‘See, I told you I was destined to have a bad week’. We create a spider web of negativity in our minds, and catch any glimpse of this that we may experience, and we make it mean something that it isn’t.

Think about all the times you have done this in your life, and what you have told yourself as a result. Use the formulas in the blog below to start unlocking this negativity and see the possibilities that it could create if your web was a positive one.. not a negative one.
