Hey, great tips for the nuptually challenged - lol!

Being mindful is very important and it's also important to enjoy the journey preparation, it's just as important as the big day itself!

Thank you, I think it makes sense and sounds like a great idea to take the time out to listen to yourself and try to tone it down as well as think positively. - It works for me

Hey Mamta,

Great post. I used to to hold things in but now, more and more, I'm very upfront with people in a non confrontational way and if there is something on my mind I just get it off my chest rather than letting it fester within.

See you soon!

Thanks for your comments Amit. I'm sure you agree that when you have passion for something, why compromise and settle? It does take energy and effort, but the reward felt when you get what you want makes it all worthwhile. If you develop a tighther strategy for plan A, go with it and never loose sight of your goal!

Having attended a few courses Manta has facillitated I can attest to both her abilities to help people find their voice and her personal warmth. She is definitely someone who has the gift to encourage self discovery an self belief in her clients.

I have to say that I was very shy and quiet. I would always hide in the corner when in a discussion. I never had the belief that i was good enough to achieve my goals. Mamta made me realise that if your are positive and happy within yourself then you will become more confident in your abilities.
I took this attitude into my ACCA Exams and passed. Thanks for all the help Mamta.

This strategy is very pertinent to my situation at the moment. I had a major break of my ankle and the rehabilitation is going slowing and I have had a few worrying complications. I had fallen into a state of mind where I was thinking I might never walk properly again. Reading this reminded me of the power of the mind to make thoughts in to self fulfilling prophecies. I now ensure my images of walking are positive. This was such a useful reminder to beware of negative attitudes.Thank you Mamta
